Your order number is at the top of the confirmation email we sent when you checked out.

Capitals don’t matter — we’ll tidy it up for you.

Checked out as a guest? Open the tracking link in that same email. The link carries a private key that proves the order is yours — an order number on its own won’t open it, because it gets printed on receipts and isn’t secret. You can also sign in with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll attach the order to your account.
